Respecting the privacy of individuals is an important concern for BEONPERF. We undertake to comply with the provisions of European Union Regulation 679/2016 of April 27, 2016 relating to data protection (GDPR or General Data Protection Regulation) as well as those of the new Federal Data Protection Act. This Privacy Policy is intended to exclusively manage the processing of data collected directly by the following website: beonperf.ch.

It also applies to data that BEONPERF is required to collect on social networks.

The processing of personal data on behalf of legal entity customers is the subject of agreements directly concluded with them. here and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

What are the purposes of the processing and/or use of your personal data?
We collect data for the following purposes:

Processing carried out on the basis of your consent:

How long do we keep the data?

Data from the prospecting database is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.

Data from the customer database is kept for 3 years following the end of the contractual relationship.

The data necessary to comply with a legal obligation is kept in accordance with the provisions in force (in particular, but not exclusively, those provided for in France by the Commercial Code, the Civil Code and the Consumer Code).

Do we transfer data outside the European Union or outside Switzerland?
We carry out our processing within the European Union and do not transmit our data to recipients located outside the Union except in the specific cases described below. In any case, these specific cases will benefit from the guarantees described below:

  • Some technical service providers who receive your personal data may be located outside the European Economic Area, such as the United States (services from Google or Facebook).

  • BEONPERF requires the same level of protection for your data as that required by all laws and regulations applicable on European or Swiss territory and ensures that these service providers are either bound by the standard clauses of the European Commission, either engaged by BCRs (binding corporate rules) within their international group and have been duly authorized by a data protection control authority established on EU territory, or have joined any program allowing recognition of equivalent protection within their country (eg Privacy Shield in the US).

What are your rights?
Any individual subject to the processing of personal data has the right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation to the processing of their data , in accordance with articles 15 and following of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 and article 32 of the Swiss nLPD, of withdrawal of consent if the processing is based on this basis. The individual can also exercise a right to the portability of his personal data.
